Selecting the get messages command brings up e-mails that are stripped of any text. The subject box is empty, the "from" box is empty, but the date box is filled in. Then when clicking on an individual message, the message box opens lacking any text.

I tried using the old Eudora 7 e-mail program and the same errors have occurred. The e-mail server has a function that allows me to collect my e-mails and they are ok. I am using the McAfee anti-virus program.

Thanks
