FF is running even though it is shut down
HI, got win 10, now problems.ff will not open. it says still running. Have removed it from taskmaster but same error message. Big hammer did not work! Even deleting ff and downloading latest win 10 proof version does not work. Opened profile, means nothing to me. Help

Ensure your Windows 10 is a genuine version.
1. Reboot your computer,run FF again. 2.If FF still shows still running, try to use "End process tree" to kill it in taskmaster,and try to run FF again.
We need more informations to ensure what's worng with your computer, try to offer more informations such as picture or logs.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode,
