When I go to http://trailers.apple.com/trailers and choose a trailer, the page will not show any movies (quicktime). I have quicktime installed (but the x64 version of Firefox says it doesnt need any other plug-in). This works when I open the page in Internet Explorer.

Btw: I run a Windows 10 system...

What security software do you have?

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing problems. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

You need Flash Player Version 20.0.0.267
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Note: Windows users should download the ‘’’active_x’’’ for “Internet Explorer,” and the ‘’’plugin’’’ for “Plugin-based browsers” (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the ’’’plugin’’’ only. Not the ’’’active_x’’’.

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

I have the newer 20.0.0.286 installed (plug-in only) and it doesnt work. The flashplayer works on other sites but on the apple.com/trailers the page of the trailer shows a grey tile in the bottom instead of trailervideo and information.

Se attached examples from Firefox and IE.

My Firefox is the second picture.

Are you using any blocking programs / add-ons?

Tried everything in your post but still the same problem.

Also tried a quicktime-testpage and that was no problem. The http://trailers.apple.com/trailers still doesnt work however and I dont understand why. Especially as the IE works.

Also tried to install Chrome and the problem there is the same.

Checked most of this and still doesnt work.

I see now that I have the same issue with my laptop and it´s the same issue if I use my home internet connection (LAN) or the mobile internet connection (3G).

Also the Apple Event Keynote works (Quicktime) but not the Trailers page (also Quicktime).

Also, if I use the iphone Firefox-browser it works...

I really dont see what´s the problem :-(

There must have been something wrong with the Apple-trailer page or the Mozilla Firefox cause out of nowhere it started working again.

Thanks for your support!
