I use Thunderbird for many different email accounts: I have 5 Gmail accounts as well as one Hotmail account. They'll work fine, all the time. But my Outlook account is having serious issues: I cannot get my subfolders to show up.This is especially true with the latest build 38.5.1.I am enclosing a series of snapshots that show how I tried to Manage my folder subscriptions and subscribe to all the subfolders, it appears to work, or at least be recognize but when I save it, it all goes back to just Inbox. It is worth mentioning that on my android phone and tablet, these subfolders, which are created some time ago, appear without any problem. The only issue is in Thunderbird. Any recommendations or suggestions are highly appreciated.

I think this is an issue with outlook.com. as there are complaints of similar with other mail clients.

Right click the account Select settings Select the advanced button in server settings. Deselect the show only subscribed folders.

Any better?
