Could you block gmil.com?
This site opens a dialog box claiming some update, like a Windows 10 upgrade or an Adobe update, is required. Sometimes it claims that my system is infected with viruses. Other times, it tries to download "Open Download Manager," a PUP. Please block this site with a warning for an attack site. I hate dealing with this whenever I misspell "gmail".

It sounds like your computer may be infected with viruses, please follow the steps at Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware to double check.
You can block domain names via the HOSTS file in Windows and other operating systems.
