I have 2 google mail accounts and need to get rid of one !
My old google mail account , is still active and I need to get rid of it . But I should look though the mail in that mail account first. How can I do that ?

A detail like a website remembering you (log you in automatically) is stored in a cookie. Remove cookies from a website to make the website forget about you.
"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems.
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Note the Gmail has a checkbox to remember you.
You can use these steps to make a website recognize and remember you:
- You can create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep specific cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
