An error occurred with the POP3 mail server. Can't receive or send mails. Installed Avast since then problem occurred

I've recently installed Avast Antivirus - before this thunderbird was working fine. Can this antivirus be the reason?

Pop Mail Server : Port - 110 Smtp Port : 25
