On my Mac mini at home, I open Firefox bookmarks, and it goes full screen with no navigation buttons available. It also disables the yellow button on any page I have up. In order to see my regular computer home page, I have to drag the bookmarks page to the side, and click on the screen. I have tried to change preferences, to no avail. And I have tried to reduce screen size with the same results. This does not happen on my Mac mini at work. That one has bookmarks come up in a small, collapsible screen, and does not affect other pages. Help?

You should be able to close windows like about:preferences and the Library window via "Command+W". You can delete xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder to recover from this issue. Make sure that you have closed the Firefox application before deleting the xulstore.json file. Closing open windows isn't sufficient on Mac, so make sure to use "File > Quit" to close Firefox application and close the menu bar.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
