Hello,

I am receiving emails on all my devices but I cannot work out how to make sure that I have all the sent emails included as at the moment they only show up in the device they were sent from. So in order to track them I sometimes need to remember where I sent the message from... most frustrating if you do not have the best memory!

Thanks for any help. I have a dell laptop , a nexus 10 tablet and a Samsung mini s4 mobile phone.

Look forward to hearing from you.

You have to set your email account and the clients on all your devices to IMAP if you want to sync all folders. Pop only connects to the inbox.

Thank you very much. and all of them will allow me to use IMAP instead of POP 3? my email comes through virgin media onto the laptop..

I hope I can find where to change theses settings.. will persevere.

If you are used to how POP works you should read up on how IMAP works so there are no surprises. IMAP is server based. You remotely view message on your devices. If you delete a message from any device it is removed from the server and is no longer available to any device.
