Not able to select value from dropdown list , the select options shown at the bottom( around 100px to 150px from drop down)

Hi, The drop down is shown in a table row and some times in Firefox I am not able to select option from drop down list. It is shown in different position as shown in attached screen shot.

In the screen shot I want to select Feature 1 field value to WebAuth, but list is shown near Field 1 and not able to select also.

This issue is seen only when If I use Mouse
