2 contributing problems, and I don't known which program to seek a solution from.

  1. 1: for about 3 weeks now, Adobe Flash Player needs to reinstalled 2 or more times a day and especially after a reboot. So many programs become extremely sluggish when Flash Player is no working correctly.
  2. 2: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC no longer works. {A message states Adobe Acrobat Reader has stopped working. A problems caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows (10 Pro) will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.} In checking the problem with Adobe at {https:/helpx.adobe.com/reader/system-requirements.html} It claims In Windows 10 as system requirement is Internet Explorer 8.9.10 or 11; Firefox (ESR). I found the ESR site and it say that ESR is not recommended for individual use. If the reader will only work in the ESR program, as an individual what am I supposed to do?

The presence of the parenthesis (ESR) likely indicates that both regular releases and ESR releases are supported, otherwise they would have written "Firefox ESR". If multiple programs aren't working properly then it is more likely that something else is wrong.
