Importing from TB to Apple Mail results 1 mail per folder

when using Apple Mail's importing function.

TB version 45.1.0. Apple Mail 9.3. TB's support pages suggest using "Eudora Mailbox Cleaner". That page was updated in 2011 and that app was outdated even then, since it's only for powerPC... Time to update that page again?

Any instructions how to do this in this decade?
