I can't seem to get my Thunderbird email to come up when I click on the icon.

I had my computer serviced. When I opened Mozilla Thunderbird following the service it came up but the addresses were all erased. I started putting in addresses and the Thunderbird suddenly crashed and I cannot seem to bring it up again.
