When I am on websites and scroll up or down or click the tab the screen get black for few seconds. What could be the cause?

Firefox version 48.02- updated Windows Vista 32 bit (Japanese) - updated Drivers/Graphic card - updated Java/Adobe flash - updated Most of the Add-ons disabled but recently installed uBlock Origin

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Thank You
