1. Your feedback/contact is FAR too complicated. I am virtually illiterate re computers & do not want to deal with multiple choices, steps, terms I don't understand, and I don't want to have to learn "computer-ese". I just want to ask a question or comment straight after clicking on "contact" or "feedback", with out being confronted with pages of alternatives. 2. Firefox and Thunderbird have been stopping or crashing on both my home and office computers for the last couple of weeks. They both are on the same internet provider - Telstra Bigpond. (these words are not spelling mistakes - another really annoying thing about computers). Can you advise me what to do in simple layman's language? If you can't I shall have to change to Internet Explorer.
