how to open new tab on other screen
What code to enter to make Ctrl+N open a new window on my 2nd screen/other screen? (That will notice whether current window is on 1st or 2nd screen and then open the new window on the other screen)

open a new tab, then click and drag that tab (not the window) onto the other screen
I meant I want a script that opens the tab on the other screen
