I am trying to import my outlook mails, etc into thunderbird. How? Also, I apparently do not know my set-up information from outlook to create or change mail accounts. where can I find that info?

outlook/ Is that the program you install on your computer or the web site Microsoft confusingly named the same as a product they sell.
Thank you, Matt. I am also confused about that. I installed Office 365, which includes Outlook, on my computer. That seems to be office 2013, but I have taken upgrades. my programs shows office 2016 currently on my computers. I also have one-drive, so I also have outlook available on line.
Well lets try this another way.
log into outlook.com using your browser. Are all your mails/folders there?
