When I forward messages, I get multiple lines of information at the top about the message that was received (e.g., Return-Path).
If I check Quote Message in options, that seems to solve it. Are there any other fixes that don't require remembering to quote message?

Press F10 to make the menu bar visible if it is not already. On the view menu select Headers and set that to normal.
