Setup request me to type user name and password. When I type all required info nothing happens. The additional window dissapears and Mozilla is not downloaded.
I tried to download Mozilla through Chrome and Iexplorer but in both cases a pop-up appears requesting which user is allowed to access. No matter if I choose "current user' or if I type the administrator details, nothing happen. the pop-up closes automatically and the program is not installed.

Mozilla does not require anything to download their programs. What link were you using?

Which program are you trying to download?
Your protection programs could be blocking the download.
Right-click the Firefox desktop shortcut or the Firefox setup program and choose "Properties". Make sure all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
- Privilege Level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
- "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" should not be selected
