While using Scotiabank online it does NOT retain the transaction details. It just throws me out? When i switch to Explore it works? What's going on?

Twice yesterday and now again today Dec 10 while using Scotiabank Online banking the transfer section. I entered the dollar amount and added the recipient yet when I got to the bottom of their page and touch continue their application threw me out or the online site. When I checked to see if the transaction had been completed I only found symptons that their website retained information I had entered. In fact, after speaking with Scotiabank i found that none of the transactions had taken place. I finally gave up on Mozilla and switched to Microsoft Explore and did the exact same steps again. Both times it worked. Their must be an incompatibility with their Security Software or something with Mozilla. I like Mozilla so i 'd like to find out why it no longer works/ and get it fixed asap.
