Last week I had Outlook open in Firefox and it suddenly reset. The Outlook logo comes on and the progress bar gets almost to the end and then just hangs. I've tried resetting, completely power down and restart, virus check (nothing found) and uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Firefox version. I can open Outlook in IE and through the Outlook app on my phone. It's been a week now and I still can't open Outlook through Firefox. Outlook website I'm having trouble with.

Hi, delete ALL references to Outlook, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site (not from an old bookmark) again. https://outlook.live.com/owa/ Note: It may take a few minutes to complete the deletion.

If you still have trouble, and you get a 'Warning Unresponsive script' message, try letting the script run longer, as shown in Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Unfortunately, that did not help. I have also removed all history for cookies and cache. Now I get "JavaScript is required to sign in". However, I have checked config and JavaScript is enabled.  : (
