How to set Mailto using Outlook.live.com/owa in Firefox 50.1.0

Today I have been trying to send a mailto from this following link but all I get is a long line of text in to To box - image attached. (it is possible you may have to sign the petition to get to the page with the mailto link, sorry if that is the case)

It's about time Firefox fixed this never ending problem permanently since so many people use outlook.live.com email accounts.

My bookmarklet was to send a link to the current page and doesn't fix mailto links.

As you know, I've spent hours trying to solve this in the past. Hopefully someone else can update that research and crack the code, or persuade Microsoft to share a working URL.
