Can't send emails. The mail server responded: 4.5.2 451 4.7.0 Temporary server error. Please try again later. PRX4 .
Receiving emails OK, nothing has been changed. The problem only started on Friday 13 Jan, but the "temporary" server error is persisting. I can save the outgoing email as a draft and have been able to send through a re-activated Outlook Express, but this is not very convenient. Any suggestions?

This may have been a temporary issue at the server, my guess it’s a Live account. Could you have a look at this question?
