When I try to open a PDF printable form I get a box on the screen. "Adobe Acrobat DC; Acro RD32.exe - Application Error". inside the box is " The instruction at 0x6c77525c referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program." That is the only choice. I was able to load and print the form with Internet Explorer. I went to safe mode and disabled all add ons. No difference.

This error is usually caused by the Adobe Acrobat Reader problem. Try changing your default PDF viewer to another program and check is the issue persists.

I have already tried both suggestions. It worked fine with Internet Explorer. I saved it a could open it with I E but not Firefox. the problem is Firefox. I have not chosen a solution. The question on the side of the response asked if the suggestion worked and I tried to type NO but it took that as chosen solution.
