I have 2 email names on xtra.co.nz and 3 on paradise.net.nz I cant find out how to setup the extra names TBird only lets me have one address

I have 2 email names on xtra.co.nz and 3 on paradise.net.nz I cant find out how to setup the extra names TBird only lets me have one address and it loged onto paradise. I tried to add the xtra.co.nz address but TB tried to go through paradise, to xtra but you cant do that they are opposition. Can I setup mail on two different providers?

Please provide some information:

1. Exactly how is Thunderbird not allowing you to create more accounts? If you see an error message, then please post here a screenshot showing us what you are seeing. How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

2. Post here your Thunderbird Troubleshooting Information:

Thunderbird menu: Help: Troubleshooting Information (If you cannot see the Thunderbird menu, press the Alt key or F10 key on your keyboard to show the menu, OR click on the three-line-icon)

Click the "Copy text to clipboard" button. Do not check box "Include account names"! Then paste (Ctrl-V), the text into your response here.
