Thunderbird tries to compact inbox every time it starts and gives an error, could not be "done during other operations"
Every time I start Thunderbird 52.1.1 (32-bit), during the message retrieval an error dialog pops up stating compacting the inbox could not be done during other operations - but I never clicked on compact command. This started with the last update to Thunderbird. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Thank you for posting about this. We need to know if this happens if you install the prior version. Please download from https://releases.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/52.1.0/win32/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%2052.1.0.exe and report your results
This is better for you in the newer version, 52.1.1 ??
