mozilla wont open after the most recent firefox update
firefox updated today (or maybe overnight last night) and now it wont open at all... i get an error message telling me it is now incompatable with my windows version... windows hasn't updated, so i'm confused.

Which version of Windows are you using on the computer where you have this issue?
Check that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
