I'm in a constant loop: I enter my password, I get a confirmation email, I enterr the passcode, Sync tells me my password is incorrect--how do I escape?
I have Firefox sync on about 6 devices. I am having problems logging in on just 1 device. I don't want to have to relog in on all the other devices just because I'm stuck in a weird loop on this 1 computer. The loop is that I enter my password, I get a confirmation code, I enter the code, then it tells me the password was wrong. I tried starting over and entering the wrong password once to see what it did--it told me the password was wrong and didn't send a passcode. So, I must be entering the correct password the other times (I have tried 4 times), but it never lets me in.

3rd Party Cookies enabled? You're not running in Private Browsing Mode are you?
Try it in the Firefox SafeMode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Not in Private Browsing, nothing unusual enabled. I closed Firefox, and closed and restarted my computer. Upon restart, sync still was not enabled, but this time it accepted my password without emailing a passcode. So, the issue went away, but I have no idea what caused it.
