Password manager not showing option, Never ask again for this site
Password manager is not asking "Never ask to save password again" I may not have worded that exactly, but I think you will understand. Also, it is asking me to save passwords I already told it not to save.
I did update to 53.0.3 (64 bit), Running Windows 7 Pro.

Are you using any password programs/add-ons?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
No password managers and no new addons for years. I did go in and clear cache, cookies and history. Restarted FF and there is a pull down now that does allow to never ask again and it is populating Tools/Options/Remember login sites/exceptions. Earlier there were no exceptions in that window and I couldn't get them added in, even if I did it manually. Then I wonder why they went away, I use to have a lengthy list. Seems to happen during the update to 53.0.3????
That exception list must be in the profile, I have backups of the profile, just don't know which file within the profile is the exception list for logins. Might look around and see if I can figure it out.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
The "Don't Save" button has a down pointing arrow next to it. If you click this arrow then you get the "Never ask again" choice.
