I've tried all of the support options and they don't help. The message that my profile is missing comes up. If someone knows how to do this step by step, help!
I recently got a new computer, with a SSD for the C: Drive, and a regular HD for the D:. I want my mozilla files to be on the D:. So, I had it set up that way, but something happened with my computer. Did a fresh install of Windows 10, AND redownloaded Thunderbird, but now the profile issue comes up. I can't open Mozilla at all, and I've tried all of the support options on here.
Please help. Thanks

Did you try using the Profile Manager to have TB use a folder as the profile?

To start Profile Manager, Winkey+R and type thunderbird.exe -p
