2 things, my speedtest is so slow, now cant play demos on Christwill.com
Recently I started having trouble opening up demos on www.christwill.com, the site says my download is too slow or need adobe flash player, so i checked download speed which was 26, tried browser internet explorer and the speed was 115. called my internet provider and they told me to contact you. I can play the demos from christwill.com on browsers IE and Google Chrome. previously I could on firefox...if this problem isnt fixed, I will no longer use firefox and switch back to one of the other browsers hate to do that as I love my firefox.

Note that Microsoft is not providing the kind of support it should for Win 7 as they are trying to migrate people to Win 10. This is in a lot of the tech sites. Ok let's see..... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-slow-how-make-it-faster I am not getting any information about your Video card see new drivers available from maker of video card. Try going to the manufactures Website and seeing if there is any updates available for Hardware. Another thing people are doing on Win 7 is moving to the Extended Release Version https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/
Fyi: your Flash is out of date, Please update to new release. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
Now will give you some code, get from Norton. Ir flushes your internet connect and resets them back. Nothing to fear here. Ok so you will need to copy this code to a .txt file and save it. Then please make a copy and open and save it as a .bat file so it will run at double click. Save .txt file for doing the same as above for future. Note that after running the file the system will reboot and .bat file wille be deleted. Below copy/paste save as Flush.txt then save as Flush.bat @Echo on pushd\windows\system32\drivers\etc attrib -h -s -r hosts echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS attrib +r +h +s hosts popd ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns netsh winsock reset all netsh int ip reset all shutdown -r -t 1 del %0
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
