Every time I open Firefox another browser window opens, with the following “Congratulations! NoSquint Plus installed successfully for Firefox. You can right now start using your new add-on.” Please advice.

Sometimes when an add-on is updated, you are told of it. But you should only get the notice once.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
