Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Reason, can go through hours of back and forth and technical or go this way and you can be back in 20 mins telling me if it worked or not. This will clean out the remains of older stuff and will give a fresh install which is better than a refresh, at least in my way of thought @ 61.

See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 as they are A little old : driverDate: 12-21-2015 You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 and find the download page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. GPU-Z would tell you this https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I do not see any errors in the drivers. Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
