I’m trying different browsers on iOS 11 other than safari, as there’s always website data that is suspicious cookies stored that reappear all the time usually on all browsers which is why I tried to do something different and more secure. Today for some reason I cannot log into a certain account, as it says my information or password is not correct, I left the browser to check a text message and upon return to the browser it was changed....how is this possible???? I even checked the URL after this happened and the URL is incorrect there was errors through it

There are cookies that do that called for ever cookies, very hard to delete. Use a Extension to manage cookies.

Copy/Paste Cookie Manager into : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/ Then there are Flash Cookies as well if running Flash.
