New prospect.
Greetings, I have donated to your quest to be the best. However, I have not loaded your mobile or desktop app due to the lack of customer service on your mobile site. Many people (I assume they are loyal customers) are asking about issues with the mobile site and are not receiving any response what so ever. I personally think a mobile site is the extension of the main site and as I read the complaints not 1 of 40 had a response. That is unprofessional and unexeptable to me and I'm sure most non yet customers. Thank you.

Thank you for your donation, we really do appreciate it. We have done so much, but there is still so much to do to make the web a better place for everyone.
Which mobile site do you mean? I would be happy to look into this for you. If you mean this support forum, please appreciate that virtually all of us are volunteer contributors so it can be a challenge to answer all questions and to do so swiftly.
If you have a specific issue with Firefox for Android, I would be happy to look into it for you.
