Web-based software doesn't execute delete command in Firefox

In my web-based software, when I click "Delete" button, it ask me as usual "Are you sure?" but after clicking "OK" it doesn't delete. When I click "Delete" button again, it shows "prevent this page from creating additional dialogs."

Please help me find the solution.
