Hi, no info came regarding any extensions you use if you could please list them would help. Can see if this solution works for you : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1130471
If not please try : SAFE MODE
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe+Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
- Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
- hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
- plugins are not affected
- preferences are not affected
TEST''''is issue still there ?
You may want to take a look at the Secure connection failed and Firefox did not connect support documentation and see if any of the solutions in there work. I can confirm that the site is also operating properly on my system.
Hi i have folow all steps and it doesn't help
Hi yes i try safe mode, And have done all clear up cache, I have delate the file, still not help
Works for me here as well.
You can check for security software related issues and try to disable scanning HTTPS connection if this is currently enabled.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

You can check the connection settings.
- Options/Preferences -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
See "Firefox connection settings":
