My Firefox Sync account is not exist when i try to enter through another computer of mine. Why?

I have my Firefox Sync account logged in successfully in my PC. But it was noticified that my account is not exist when i was trying to enter my Firefox account in another computer

Make sure you are using the correct login information. If you are still having problems, let us know and I can call an administrator.
