While adding addons for F5 network client, it is not allowing. How to recity the problem?
I work in Indian Oil. The company has provede us VPN facility to work on SAP. While login on site "https://ioclconnect.indianoil.co.in/sms". It asks for addons to download. When addons downloading is about to finish it gives a message "network disconnected. our VPN works on F5 netwok. Operating system is Wnndows 10(Build 10240).
Please suggest.

It sounds like the Unable to install add-ons (extensions or themes) support documentation may be helpful in your situation.
If the addon is not using the Firefox Webextension API's it will not be compatible with Firefox 57 or higher. If the website is attempting to install a plugin, it will not work because NPAPI plugins are no longer support in Firefox 52 or higher.
