I believe I launched Firefox accounts on both my work and my home computers. Can I merge these accounts?

Hi, not sure as we do not handle accounts. I gather this is for Syncing ?

You normally create separate Sync accounts when you want to keep at least some personal data separate like the bookmarks or passwords. When you only use one account for both cases then work and home will get mixed because Sync uploads personal data from all connected devices to the Sync server and merges that to other devices connected to this account.

If you want all personal data the same on the home and work computer and you aren't violating any regulations from your IT department then you only need to disconnect (and possibly delete) one Sync account (e.g. home) and connect that home device to the same Sync account you use for the work computer.

"I think I have set up two firefox accounts. How do I find out?" Check the Menu panel from the 3-bar button and see which Email address appears there. The Firefox Accounts system uses the users email address as the primary identifier (aka Username). And if the Menu panel says Sign into Sync rather than showing your email address, check the Logins Manager in Options to see if https://accounts.firefox.com appears under "Sites" with the saved Username / email address.

The Firefox Accounts can't be "merged" per se, but the data in each Account will merge on any device that is connected to the other Firefox Account. End result will be merged data, (per device and then thru Sync to the other device when that device connects to Sync) and probably massive duplication of your data where the data is same in each Firefox Account. Can't vouch for that as I have never cross-connected to two separate Firefox Accounts, but that's what happens when a new device is connected to a Firefox Account - the data becomes merged.
