Ctrl-shift-v doesn't work on clean Fedora 28
Hi all,
I'm trying to paste plain text to the text box but ctrl-shift-v doesn't work and still paste as rich text. Tested same site on chrome on same distro - works as expected. No plugins is installed - totally fresh distro. (Found that adblock can block a shortcut, but it is not installed).
Tried to alter clipboard.plainTextOnly to true/false - also doesn't help.
Other shortcuts are working - tried `ctrl-shift-z` and `ctrl-shift-p`.
What can be wrong? Can you confirm this problem?
Distro: Fedora release 28 (Twenty Eight) Firefox version: 61.0.1 (64-bit)

Note : Video Card drivers are in sad shape for a new install.
