My home page is coming up blank. I have tried the preferences and other suggestions on this support board and it is still coming up blank. Help!
I open up firefox and the home page is coming up blank. I go to websites that I normally sign in to and they think I am a new user. I have tried going to the preferences to re-set to default home page and it doesn't work. Have tried some troubleshooting from forum and no luck. Help!

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
