Thunderbird Lightening file location: where can I find this? Win10 would not boot. I replaced hard drive and loaded Win10. I can explore the old drive.

Is there a file that contains my calendar entries and that I can copy from the old drive and place in the same location on the new drive so I can regain my calendar entries?

Since you presumably already recreated your accounts in the new profile use profile manager to create a new profile first. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/using-multiple-profiles

Then follow the instructions and copy the old profile over over the new one.
