Adobe Flash causing Firefox to hand and not respond.
I'm using adobe flash on manual activation and it's causing Firefox to hang indefinitely. Disabling Hardware Accel cause Firefox to be unusable. Please help. I have no idea what went wrong.

I see your flash is up to date. Have you tried setting flash to 'Always Active?'
