unable to drag attachments from email
All of a sudden I can no longer drag an attachement, an image, from my Thunderbird email to a folder on my computer. It was working but has suddenly stopped. I have tried running Thunderbird in safe mode, making the image smaller, but nothing seems to work. Hope you can help.

Hi, I think it is necessary to check if your antivirus, firewall and operating system do not have settings to modify like drag and drop and if they are up to date. thank's #fxhelp #Firefox64SUMOWeek
I checked and made sure Norton security and Windows 10 were up to date. I went through all the settings but did not see anywhere a setting that would prevent the drag and drop but no luck. Are there some specific settings that I should look at?
