Firefox keeps applying the 63.0.x (64 bit) update everytime I open it.
This is really getting annoying. When I open Help/About it shows I'm using 63.0.3 and the box is there to 'restart Firefox to update'. This leads me to believe the 63.0.x update isn't really being applied.

The latest Firefox version is 64.0 .......
Installing the newest version of Firefox fixed it. Thanks
