After reset to default, does not remember my user names or passwords, or frequently used websites (e-mail locations)?
Mozilla stated it was running slowly and suggested I reset it to return it to defaults as a cure, and that it would remember my frequently used websites (e-mail locations), and my Passwords to various User Names. It did not remember my websites, passwords, or user names. How can I restore the prior settings?

Hi ArchtAtty, I'm sorry to hear about this problem.
Could I suggest as the first step that you shut down and restart Windows to release any file locks and complete any pending updates.
