software Onedrive changed my saved Thunderbird files to a different format which is .msf. I want my files back in the original format. I contacted Onedrive and they have no solution for this problem and suggested I contact you. I am desperate to save my email files. please tell me how to change my email files back to the original format.

MSf files are indexes used by Thunderbird to list the email in the user interface. EML files are files created when you use the File > Save as option or drag an email onto say your desktop. Thunderbird release version does not save email in the program as EML files.
So perhaps you need to back up some and start with what went wrong and what you have done to try and fix things.
