Both my new windows and tabs are set to blank page. When I change the background color under Preferences>Language and Appearance>Colors, my new tabs blank pages are in the color that I set, however my new windows blank pages are not (still the default white). I know this is a very minor thing, but just wanted to see if this is intended behavior or is there a way to fix this. Tested it on my Mac and Windows machine, same results.
