Not downloading all my emails
I can download emails through a browser program "https://email25.godaddy.com/webmail.php". It is currently showing many emails that have not been read into my Thunderbird email program.
Does anyone know why this is happening. My email is a POP Account type.

depending on how godaddy manage their pop servers, all incoming mail should be downloaded as a matter of course, but there is a but.
Many providers now do not offer mail they have determined to be spam and yet others do not offer mail that is redirected from the inbox with server side filtering.
So why you are not seeing all your mail is probably a matter of how your provider have configured their servers.
